The European Commission provides a platform for out-of-court online dispute resolution (ODS platform) at www.ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Pursuant to Section 36 of the VSBG (German Act on Alternative Dispute Resolution in Consumer Matters), we point out that we do not participate in any dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board and are not obliged to do so.
